WHEN ATTENDING OUR PRACTICE
Masks are compulsory when attending Hospitals and Health Settings. You are required to wear a mask in our surgery.
Parking is available at the back of the surgery. We ask that you call when you arrive and WAIT IN YOUR CAR.
We are NOT a "Walk-In" Clinic - We are strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY so please CALL 5257 1960 TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT.
We are NOT a COVID TESTING Facility - If you have symptoms or have been a close contact use the link below to find a testing site near you.
FEES
St Leonards Surgery is not a Bulkbilling Clinic.
Patients are required to pay their account in full on the day of their consultation. EFTPOS is available.
Reception Staff can electronically lodge your claim with Medicare through a secure internet connection.
A reduced fee is charged for patients with a Pension Card or Health Care Card.
ALL NEW PATIENTS INCUR AN INITIAL CONSULTATION FEE OF $125.00 (subsequent consultations will be billed at normal rates)
Limited BULKBILLING:
We bulkbill Veterans' Affairs GOLD card holders, Students & Children Under 16 and the following:
Government Funded Vaccines Chronic Disease Management (Up to 4 Bulkbilled Visits per year) and Health Assessments (75 Years and Over -once Annually)
We are a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic - all Covid Vaccinations are bulkbilled.
All billing is at the discretion of the Doctor. Please discuss any concerns with your Doctor at the time of your consultation.
